Agenda
Your day, ready before the kettle’s boiled.
Hexvan’s agenda is the job diary and to-do list for your trade: the day’s jobs in order on a map, reminders with or without a date, and done ones out of the way.
14 days free, no card. One price for the whole team.
How it works
Made for the van, not the office.
The day on a map
Open a day and its jobs sit on the map around your base, numbered by time. You see the round at a glance, and the job that’s out of the way.
Directions in a tap
Every job opens your phone’s maps app with the address filled in. A job for a customer takes their address, unless you give it another one.
First thing, every morning
The agenda opens on today: the jobs by time, the week above them, a number on each day. Tap a day to plan it, or the map to see the round.
With a date, or whenever
A reminder gets a day and a time, a day at any time, or no date at all. Undated ones wait in their own list until there’s a gap in the week.
A few words, or a few lines
“Order the valves” is enough. Or add what to bring and the gate code. Link it to a customer and it shows on their page too.
Photos of the job
Snap the job done, or what to bring next time, and keep the pictures with the reminder. Only your business sees them.
Questions
Questions about the agenda
Does it plan the quickest route?
No, and it doesn’t pretend to. It shows the day’s jobs on a map, numbered by time, so you see the round at a glance. Your phone’s maps app does the driving.
Do I have to give every reminder a date?
No. Reminders have no date unless you give them one: they wait in their own list until there’s time. Give one a day, and a time if it matters, and it moves into that day.
Can my team see the agenda?
Yes. Everyone you add signs in to the same agenda, customers and documents, at no extra cost.
Is it on my phone and my computer?
Both. Hexvan runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install, so the day you plan at the kitchen table is the one in your pocket on site.
