How much does it cost?

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. Hexvan is made for people who would rather be on site than behind a screen: big buttons, plain words, and everything works on your phone.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Hexvan runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. Calls, e-mails and directions open your phone’s own apps.
Can my team use it too?
Yes, at no extra cost. Add your teammates and they sign in to the same customers, agenda and documents. Only administrators change the settings.
Is it compliant?

Where is my data?
In the European Union. Hexvan is built in Belgium by ACL Software BV and hosted in the EU, under the GDPR. Your customers and documents are yours: only your business sees them.
I already have invoice numbers. Can I carry on?
Yes. Set the next number of your quotes, invoices and credit notes in the settings, and Hexvan carries on from there, without gaps. It never gives the same number twice.
How does the website work?
Hexvan writes a first version from your trade, town and phone number. Change what you like, pick your colour and publish: it goes online at its own address, and visitors ring you. Want your own .com? Ask us.
Who can see me in the directory?
Nobody, unless you choose to be listed. Then you pick your trades, how far you travel and whether your phone and e-mail show. Your exact address is never published.
