Is it a CRM?
It does what a CRM does for a trade business, without the jargon: who your customers are, what you quoted them, what they owe and when you’re next round.
Who can see my customers?
Only your business: you and the teammates you add. Your contacts are never shown in the directory, on your website or anywhere else.
Can I delete a customer by mistake?
Not one you’ve worked with. A contact with reminders, quotes, invoices or receipts can’t be deleted, so their history stays with your paperwork.
Can I keep suppliers and subcontractors too?
Yes, in the same list. Keep the receipts of what you paid them, and add a fellow trade straight from the trades directory in one tap.
