How does the free trial work?
Sign up with an e-mail and a password, and everything is open for 14 days, the day you sign up included. No card needed. The app tells you how many days are left.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing is lost. If you have not subscribed, your work is kept but read-only: you can still sign in, read everything and subscribe to carry on. Subscribing is CA$15 a month, plus applicable taxes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel in the app, and Hexvan stays open until the end of the month you paid for. Change your mind before then and nothing stops.
Is GST/HST included?
No. CA$15 is the price before taxes. Any tax that applies is added at checkout and shown on your monthly invoice.
Which currency am I charged in?
In Canadian dollars (CAD): CA$15 a month, the same every month.
How many people can use it?
Your whole team, for one price. Add every teammate: they share the same customers, agenda and documents. Only administrators change the settings, the website and the subscription.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Every quote, invoice and receipt downloads as a PDF, and the export for your accountant gives your sales, GST/HST, expenses and photos of receipts in files any accounting software reads. That still works after you stop.
How do I pay?
By card, in the app, through Stripe. Stripe holds your card details: we never see them. Your invoices are in the app as PDFs, and you change your card on Stripe’s billing page.
